A whole beef share is ideal for large families, group buyers, meal preppers, or customers who want to secure a long-term supply of premium beef. This share includes the full range of cuts from the animal, including ground beef, steaks, roasts, stew meat, ribs, soup bones, and other available cuts.
 
This is the best price-per-pound option for customers who want maximum freezer value. Buying a whole beef allows you to receive premium steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts at one blended share price instead of paying individual retail prices for each cut.
 
Your $1,000 deposit reserves your whole beef share and is applied to your final invoice. Final total is based on the actual packaged weight received at $12.75/lb.

  • At Etta Hills Farm, we understand that circumstances may change. To ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers, we have outlined the following cancellation policy for our Whole Beef Share and Half Beef Share orders:

    • Cancellation Before Processing:

      • If you need to cancel your order 20 days or more before the scheduled processing date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
      • If you cancel within 20 days of the processing date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit to cover costs incurred during the preparation of your order.

    • Cancellation After Processing:

      • If the beef has already been processed or is in the process of being cut and packaged, your deposit is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the remaining balance. We are happy to work with you on alternative delivery options if necessary.

    • Rescheduling Orders:

      • We allow one-time rescheduling of your order without any penalty if you notify us at least 20 days before the scheduled processing date.

    • Failure to Pay Invoice at Delivery:

      • In the event you are unable to complete payment upon delivery, we reserve the right to hold the beef until payment is made in full. If the balance remains unpaid after 7 days, the order will be considered canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
