Etta Hills Farm Expands Across North Mississippi as Demand for Regeneratively Raised Food Surges

Local farm strengthens retail partnerships, increases production, and brings 100% regenerative food directly to consumers.

Etta Hills Farm, a regenerative farm based in Etta, Mississippi, is continuing its rapid growth across North Mississippi as demand for clean, nutrient-dense food continues to rise.

Known for its pasture-raised eggs and regeneratively raised meats, Etta Hills Farm has expanded into multiple retail locations, making it easier for consumers to access food raised with a focus on soil health, animal welfare, and human nutrition.

Customers can now find Etta Hills Farm eggs at:

  • Oxford – Chicory Market

  • Starkville – Cater’s Market & East Mississippi Whole Foods

  • Amory – Peddler’s Point

  • Hernando – Wild Cultures Sourdough Bakery

With additional expansion underway, the farm is actively growing its reach while maintaining strict regenerative standards.

“Our goal is simple,” said Christopher Williams, co-owner of Etta Hills Farm. “We want to produce the highest quality food possible while restoring the land and supporting our local communities.”

Unlike conventional systems, Etta Hills Farm raises animals on pasture, moving them frequently to improve soil biology and ecosystem health. This approach not only regenerates the land but also produces food with higher nutrient density and better flavor.

In addition to retail expansion, Etta Hills Farm is also increasing its direct-to-consumer offerings, including local delivery and farm pickup options, allowing customers to purchase directly from the source.

The farm is also gaining attention through its food truck, Radically Regenerative, which recently served over 200 people at the Cotton District Arts Festival in Starkville, bringing regenerative food directly to the public.

Looking ahead, Etta Hills Farm is preparing for continued expansion, increased production, and future educational events aimed at connecting consumers back to where their food comes from.
