Our Pasture-Raised Eggs come from hens raised outdoors on rotating pasture at Etta Hills Farm in Mississippi. Hens are moved regularly to fresh ground and supplemented with a high-quality feed ration to support health, consistent laying, and deep egg color.
 
What to expect
Size varies naturally by hen and season (generally mixed large)
Shell color varies (brown, tan, etc.) depending on the hen
Yolks tend to be richer in color because hens have access to pasture, insects, seeds, and greens
Yolk color can vary based on the individual hen and their diet that day. Not a sole indicator of the nutritional value.
