Our Story

Where Regeneration Meets Community

Nestled on 800 acres at the edge of the Holly Springs National Forest, Etta Hills Farm was founded in 2021 with a bold mission: to bring new life to land once used as a rodeo arena and timber cutover, and transform it into a thriving, regenerative farm.

The vision began with Dr. Allen Williams, an internationally recognized leader in regenerative agriculture, and entrepreneurs Craig and Lili Foster, who shared a passion for restoration and stewardship. Together, they set out to build more than a farm—they set out to build a movement of renewal, rooted in soil health and community.

Today, under the leadership of Chris Williams and James Triplett, Etta Hills Farm has grown into a beacon for regenerative farming in Mississippi. Our work is guided by the patterns of nature:

  • Restoring soil health through adaptive grazing

  • Increasing biodiversity with multi-species livestock integration

  • Producing nutrient-dense, pasture-raised meats that nourish families near and far

In just a few short years, we have witnessed remarkable transformation. Our land now supports cattle, pigs, sheep, poultry, and laying hens, all working together in harmony to regenerate the soil and provide our community with grass-fed beef, heritage pork, lamb, chicken, and farm-fresh eggs.

But our story is about more than food. It’s about legacy. At Etta Hills Farm, we are dedicated to leaving the land better than we found it—building ecosystems that thrive, strengthening rural communities, and inspiring the next generation to see farming as a way to heal both the earth and ourselves.

Welcome to Etta Hills Farm—where healthy soil, thriving animals, and strong communities grow together.
